This is of course a business we never want to have to use, but I can't say enough how straightforward and professional a business Mark Crowder runs. Unfortunately, there are a few bad actors that give the industry a bad reputation. None of this applies to Crowder, they are kind, thorough, and no hard sell of any kind. I would recommend them to anyone. My father passed away Easter weekend and was a veteran of WWII. Mark gave me all the information I needed to fulfill his wishes of being placed in Houston National Veterans Cemetery. A special shout out to Ashley in the office who fielded many of my calls and helped me more than she will ever know.
Though I was originally direct away from Crowder through word-of-mouth sources, I was very happy with their services and would recommend them to others in need of their services. They will work with you on price as this is a costly and sensitive matter, always. I live out of state and needed their services and even though it had to be handled by phone, they were wonderful.
Respectful and just down right great people
I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland. My family had to make some major decisions while dealing with the grief from a sudden death in the family, but Mark and his staff were extremely accommodating, flexible and understanding. Their prices were very reasonable, and their facility is beautiful. We'll likely have to plan another funeral in the relatively near future as elderly family members are close to passing, but I know exactly where we'll go to arrange for their funeral services.
