I came to The Diamond Mine to see about getting my wife’s engagement ring fixed. The band, on one side, broke off the setting. I went to a few different “bigger” more commonly known jewelry stores, they immediately went to selling us a new band, rather than repairing the issue. Robert and his wife, Candice, were very helpful and pleasant. He fixed my problem for $37. Other places were quoting $500. He repaired, polished, and reshaped my wife’s ring in 5 minutes. They have earned a customer for life.

Friendly and knowledgeable. We had some custom work done and the finished product was fantastic and as promised. Family members have also used this business and have been completely satisfied.
Had a great experience so far. Robert was very helpful and personable. Really seems to enjoy his work. Left some items to be cleaned and repaired and even though it's Christmas time he said he will still be able to get it done in a few days. Traveled from Alvin to Pearland to check his store out, and so far I'm glad I did. Had an item to be repaired that has NO value except sentimental and he could tell and handled and cared for my item, as he explained the repair, as if it were very expensive. Thank you Robert and Candice for a great first impression.
