I've had windshield chips before, but had one that cracked out about 10 in on me this time and was really worried I wouldn't be able to get it fixed. However, Robert (the technician) was very nice and informative and made me feel assured he could fix it. He called my insurance for me, to have them pay for it, and had my window fixed all under twenty minutes! Would definitely recommend over trying to replace the window.
I had a really good wind shield repair experience at Patsco Pearland, TX location. Willis was the service technician. He was so professional and an expert of his craft. Definitely recommend this place for anyone.
Robert was a great technician and for how big my repair was they did a good job. At least I don't have to pay to get my windshield replaced at this time and the repair is guaranteed a year.
Everyone that complains that they can still see the crack after the fact of the repair, how do you expect a crack to fully disappear in a windshield? If that's your complaint you should have just gotten a new one.
All of the construction in Houston has caused rocks to be on the highway damaging our vehicle windshields. I had three chips/cracks in my windshield. Robert and Willis took excellent care of me and my windshield looks as good as new. They were very informative, professional, and explained every step and detail I needed or would want to know. They were quick and effective. The insurance verification process is very quick and I didn’t step foot out my car. I would definitely return if I need my windshield repaired in the future.
