Pearland Children's Center: Dr. Matthew J Kim

  I've been taking my kids to Dr. Kim since they were toddlers. He's such a good pediatrician. He really cares about the kids and gets to know them and builds a relationship with them too. I went to another pediatric clinic last year because I moved further away but I ended up going back to Dr. Kim because he's just that good. I told him what that even if I move 6 hours away I'll still keep coming to him and ge said he'd find a way to help even through Skype or facetime lol thanks for years of excellent service Dr. Kim!

  We love Dr. Kim! My youngest daughter began seeing him years ago and my 5 year old granddaughter has been with him her whole life. He always takes time to listen to anything she wants to tell him and never rushes her. The office staff seems overwhelmed at times but are usually polite. My only complaint is the office isn't equipped for onsite labs.

  Dr. Kim is wonderful, he listens and has a great bedside manner, but also is very effective in his pediatric approach. My daughters regular pediatrician recently retired and we were left with the rest of his staff at The Children’s Clinic, but I wasn’t too thrilled with any of them. I tried a few pediatricians on recommendations, but they too were just not what I was used to. I really was at a point where I didn’t think I was gonna find anyone quite like our last pediatrician and would have to settle, but then Dr. Kim was recommended and I thought let’s give this a go. One of the things I’m not keen on is that his office is not technologically up to date, and the staff from my experience is nice I just think it can be much better. I once waited a whole hour to see Dr. Kim, and that is very unacceptable. Nonetheless it does not diminish the fact that Dr. Kim Matthews is an excellent pediatrician.

  I’m so glad that I found Dr. Mathew since it was so hard to find a good doctor that truly cares. I have a 7 year old and a 18 month old daughter. Both of them love Dr. Mathew even when they are sick he makes them smile, he takes the time to listen and answers all the questions that I have. I will say that the only problem I had it was his front staff, but they are gone now and I have to say that the new staff are very friendly and efficient. I will truly recommend him to everyone in need of a good pediatrician you won’t regret it.
