  Wow. Went in there for my physicals and others and the turnaround time was incredibly fast. I did not believe it but they exceeded my expectation. Doctor Dan is extremely professional, friendly and kind hearted. Jasmine is a delight. She listens and makes it look so easy. Bless you all.

  I was in sooooooo much pain!!! But Dr O made me feel like I was his only patient and he was so careful with me! I will always go back to him and refer him to EVERYONE I meet! His nurse Lara was AMAZING!!! She put me in a wheelchair and pushed me around even with my son being with me! I dreaded going to an urgent care because I thought it was going to be a bad experience but this place validated my pain took care of my concerns and Doctored my needs! I love them after one visit!!! THANK YOU FOR GIVING THE MEANING BACK TO HEALTH “CARE” ????

  I filled out the intake info with my medical history. On the document I clearly stated no steroids. I was seen by a nurse practitioner who diagnosed bronchitis. She then said she was going to give me a steroid shot. I asked her if she read the input.....that's why we fill out all our medical history, allergies, etc. No she had not! So she was going to prescribe medication without finding out my allergies! steroids have put me in the emergency room on the three occasions I have been given them.
  
  UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner who advised that he had a meeting with his staff to ensure that this situation does not occur again. I am, therefore, changing my rating. Everybody makes mistakes. It is what we do about it that really counts.

  Rapid Response was a pleasant visit. The staff were very comfortable and welcoming. The NP and NP intern were highly competent and effective. They both explain issues well, made sense of it, and have a great sense of humor. I dislike getting my blood drawn but with Jasmine I didn't feel a thing. This is the only urgent care in the Houston area I would go to and recommend to others, the service is outstanding!! Thanks again Rapid Response you truly created a great experience for me.

  The visit was good, the staff was friendly. The only thing that I did not expect was the price i paid for a physical. Their website states it's a flat rate for a physical but they failed to explain to me the extra charge for other labs they did. By the time i was informed of this, I was already checking out. I would suggest for them to provide more information on their website or inform their patients beforehand.
