I have been working out with Milly for about 5 months. I have reached one of my weight loss goals and working on another. She is very motivating.

Oh. My. Goodness! What an awesome workout with an amazing instructor!! Milly was patient, supportive, and encouraging the entire time! This was my 1st workout post partum and I've been discouraged about even starting a workout regimen. She made me feel very comfortable and supported me along the way. She came over and provided individual instruction when I needed it, and really encouraged me to push through and complete the work out! I will definitely be working out with her again. I have NEVER had an instructor be so attentive and nurturing, while still pushing me to push myself! She actually made working out fun for me, which it has NEVER been!! I cant thank you enough Milly!!
