“George of Orkin Pest Control, who is a professional service provider, did an excellent job again. He is so very nice, patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. This combination is hard to find but those are the attributes for this Orkin professional. He is truly an asset. He is easy to communicate with and doesn’t mind addressing any requests or concerns you may have and does so in a respectful manner. He is so kind. I knew after the first time he sprayed my home that I would request that he return to do my service all the time! Since George has started spraying my home the sightings are very very very low because he works with me and does a thorough job. I went 4 months with no inside sightings. Their system for catching insects is awesome! You can’t ask for much more! I communicated my satisfaction of George to his manager Mike who is also very nice, patient, very very knowledgeable, and professional and doesn’t mind helping you whenever you call. Mike also visited my home some months back and gave me some very helpful and useful pointers which to this day are very beneficial. Mike checked for potential areas of entry. For example, he told me to put foam around the pipe entries below the sink areas. That was an excellent suggestion and has made a significant difference, not that I had excessive issues, but I like almost zero sightings and with their service and knowledge I am there. I truly recommend Orkin because they work to resolve any pest issues you may encounter! I venture to say they would be an excellent pest control provider for any current or future home! I am a very hands-on thorough customer who wants things right, so if they can satisfy me they can satisfy anybody! You won’t be disappointed! Sharon”
