“Update: 2018. We've gone there twice and really enjoyed everything that we've tried!! Nothing was dry or flavorless. The oxtails were my personal favorite. The plantains were also excellent. My young adult son really enjoys the good so much that he decided to eat there in celebration of his birthday. ???? I went when they first opened near the library. I ate there three times, at various hours. The chicken was very dry. The potatoes needed more seasoning. The staff was great and very informative. The extra sales items in display cases were unnecessary and distracting. They should focus on the food service alone.”

“Great experience. They have a lot of little touches that really make it relaxing. Went for the combo and they start with a nice foot soak. You can just lay back and relax, they even tuck you in with a soft blanket. Quick facial massage while you soak. Good deep tissue reflex massage that includes lower legs. Back massage with hot stones in private room; they have a couples room and I spotted grab bars for shiatsu style massage. Really good prices and they have a punch card for 50% off after 10 sessions. I'll definitely be going back.”

“A/C went out on Friday while we were at work so we did not realize it until that evening. I called three companies at 10 PM in the evening leaving messages, including the one who installed the unit originally (they apparently do not work on the weekends which is when problems usually happen), and Simply Cozy promptly returned my call. Ms. Katie called me first thing the next morning, said she would call me right back as soon as she got a technician available. Within 30 minutes, as promised, she called back and gave me a 2 hr window for the tech to arrive. The technician, Rodney, was very personable, thorough, and systematic, when I asked questions, he answered them and explained it all to me. He had no issues with me observing what he did and he troubleshot from the outside to the inside, checking all wiring, the thermostat, and the dreaded attic. I have a technical background, know some about electronics, so I know if something does not sound right with respect to general systems. In all, he got our A/C back to running within a couple of hours. For the work he did, the pricing was reasonable and fair. Very courteous, prompt, and reasonable service. Would use them again for any future preventative maintenance or issues. Highly recommend.”
