(January 18, 2019, 8:17 am)When my dishwasher stopped working, the manufacturer directed me towards Appliance Genius. The dispatcher was very efficient when scheduling the appointment. Alex, the tech, showed up at the scheduled time, and started to diagnose the problem. He was very thorough: the dishwasher produced contradictory error codes, so he contacted the manufacturer and went through a series of extra steps to pinpoint the cause of the intermittent problem. At the end of the process, Alex arranged for the manufacturer to send the required part (the door latch). When the part was delivered, few days later, the dispatcher called me to schedule a new appointment. Alex showed up on time and quickly replaced the faulty part and the dishwasher is working again. I appreciated Alex efficiency, his thoroughness, and his patience in dealing with this repair.

(October 11, 2018, 9:50 am)The tech, Alex Ontiveros, quickly diagnosed the problem with my 20 year old Dacor oven, got the parts ordered, and returned promptly to install the failed parts (and thereby fix the oven). He had a good attitude and professional demeanor. The office staff was communicative and professional as well.

He has done an excellent job in our house during we are out of town. The office staff work friendly and patiently also. I recommend this company!
