“This is the second project that Santex has done for us. The first was a full siding replacement with Hardie materials to include siding, soffit and fascia. Javier Santos helped pick all the colors and it came out awesome. We called Santex to replace out patio door and the crew came out and replaced the door. We needed it completed in one day and Javier and Tara stayed and did the trim work themselves. They did a great job!”

“A-Better Plumbing is fantastic. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable, courteous, fair priced and very helpful and do great work. I am a recent homeowner, and I did not know much about plumbing repairs. Oriole especially took time to explain things to me and helped me to get a water remediation company, who is also excellent and also came out the same day so I only had to take one day off of work. They also called the City of Pearland for me because the broken pipe is in the jurisdiction of the city. Jose was good too. I highly recommend A-Better Plumbing”

“A/C went out on Friday while we were at work so we did not realize it until that evening. I called three companies at 10 PM in the evening leaving messages, including the one who installed the unit originally (they apparently do not work on the weekends which is when problems usually happen), and Simply Cozy promptly returned my call. Ms. Katie called me first thing the next morning, said she would call me right back as soon as she got a technician available. Within 30 minutes, as promised, she called back and gave me a 2 hr window for the tech to arrive. The technician, Rodney, was very personable, thorough, and systematic, when I asked questions, he answered them and explained it all to me. He had no issues with me observing what he did and he troubleshot from the outside to the inside, checking all wiring, the thermostat, and the dreaded attic. I have a technical background, know some about electronics, so I know if something does not sound right with respect to general systems. In all, he got our A/C back to running within a couple of hours. For the work he did, the pricing was reasonable and fair. Very courteous, prompt, and reasonable service. Would use them again for any future preventative maintenance or issues. Highly recommend.”
