“We just replaced 1100 square feet of tile flooring in our 26 year old home in Sugar Land. We worked with Roland at the Sugar Land store on Hwy 6. Roland was incredible. The team leader committed before he started to make my wife happy and I can tell you he and his team worked until every punch down correction was fixed and my wife was completely happy with the finished results. “This is the second project that Santex has done for us. The first was a full siding replacement with Hardie materials to include siding, soffit and fascia. Javier Santos helped pick all the colors and it came out awesome. We called Santex to replace out patio door and the crew came out and replaced the door. We needed it completed in one day and Javier and Tara stayed and did the trim work themselves. They did a great job!”
