“Robert and RJ are straight forward, hardworking, and honest. I had a pallet jack that would only run in low-speed mode, and I initially reached out to Briggs, the company we purchased it from to get a quote for fixing the problem. They wanted to charge $500+ just to come out and take a look at the pallet jack. Another company that also sells pallet jacks referred me to Performance Forklift Services and Robert told me over the phone that he would come out and take a look, free of charge. Robert and RJ came out several times trying to diagnose the issue, each time finding possible causes, but they patiently consulted manuals and called around to their contacts in this industry trying to find the root cause of this issue. Several times they thought they had found the defective part, but since they were not completely sure, they held off on purchasing that part until they knew for sure. I'm glad they held off, because both of the parts would have costed more than half of the original cost of the pallet jack. In the end, it was a sensor located inside of the pallet jack handle that needed to be replaced. This is another great example of Robert and RJ's commitment to doing right by the customer; Briggs didn't sell the sensor apart from the entire handle, so Robert and RJ's work ethic, values, and putting the customer first has won them a life long customer.”
