“Experienced their knew order pickup. Took us several tries as we always got there to late and they only had a person working it certain hours. When we finally were able to get there in the time frame. Signed in so that they knew we were there and the lady that was responsible was actually working on the other side of the store so I took a little bit for her to get there. She was really nice though and worked quickly the get us the item we had ordered.”

“Wow What A Great Concept especially for Our Moms that has her hands full w/multiple kids, & our elderly folks that has lost their mobility to walk around the store, or even our handicap person"s that doesn't have the mobility to be able to walk around a store even a sick child. Heck I think that anyone who has a contagious illness should be required to use this service”

“I pulled up about 10:30 AM on a Friday. No other cars were there so no wait, which was great! Stayed in my car. Peter took all my info and offered me bottled water while two other techs worked quickly to change my oil. I got the synthetic blend ($54 with tax, after the $7 coupon discount I told him I saw online). I liked the fact I could see everything they were doing under my hood the whole time. The tech even showed me the fresh new oil on the stick. He also cleaned my windshield and filled my tires. Took about 10 minutes. Peter also offered me to change my engine air filter ($21) and cabin air filter ($37) but I said no (too high). There was no pressure and he even said if I buy the filters somewhere else for cheaper that I could bring them back and they would Install for FREE. Best oil change experience ever! I will definitely be back.”

“When I walked into this establishment, my expectations passed satisfactory. I especially enjoyed the aesthetically pleasing environment. Moreover, the staff engaged with the customers throughout the entire time. I noticed one staff member ,Chelsea, going back and forth making sure the place was clean and ready for preparing the drinks. I love going to this place! “KRK Shadow Creek is great! The teachers are extremely dedicated and care for the children immensely. Every single teacher we interacted with was genuinely kind and truly invested in my kids’ wellbeing. The ladies at the front desk (Ms. Britni and Ms. Cyndi) are friendly, approachable, and caring as well. Both of my kids have been here since I returned to work (almost their whole lives), and I’ve never had an issue. Not once did I worry about my children while at daycare. I knew they were in good hands. We just moved out of the area and will miss the ladies of KRK tremendously.”

“We have attended class for the last 9 weeks here. My daughter really enjoys her classes. We moved from another gym and found that Alpha Omega. All the teachers and happy to be with the students, they are good at the specific class that they teach, and communicate with the parents as needed. The gym is very clean and the waiting room is open to the gym area allowing you to actually see and hear what is going on. The dance rooms have video feed to monitors and 2 way glass for parents to see what is going on. Glad we found the treasure!”

“I was greeted with the manager opening the door for me. Great customer service. I was impressed. Two waiting rooms, one unisex restroom, and a coffee bar. They did not make up extra services needed like flush, fan, filter, etc. They recommended a general maintenance on hoses, but not pushy. All the employees were very respectful and friendly. I just got a oil change mixed synthetic and tire rotation. They offered a package on 5 which sound great but again they did it sincerely without the upgrade sales tone????”

“I cannot say enough good things about this place. This is the best kennel I have ever taken our dog to. It's family owned, the staff is kind and knowledgeable, their facility is excellent, and they are so reasonably priced! I'm almost reluctant to write this review because I don't want them to get super crowded so I can't board our dog there, but they deserve this review. We love them and will never go to another kennel as long as I live in Houston! One time when we asked them to give our pup a bath they trimmed her paws and her nails and didn't even charge us anything extra! Take your pup here and you won't regret it :)”
