Steve Rogers at Ewald Kubota in Marble Falls sold me my tractor and implements. My experience was 10 stars! He has many years of experience with Kubota, in all aspects of the business and it shows! He had a detailed answer to every question. Steve's relaxed persona makes you feel very comfortable. There were no high pressure sales tactics at all. Steve truly has your best interests at heart and wants to develop a long term relationship! I am sure I will be purchasing other equipment, accessories and products to maintain my tractor from Steve and Ewald Kubota throughout the years and look forward to doing so! By the way, if you get a bucket for your tractor, you should also get the forks! I love the quick disconnect and I use my forks more than my bucket! You cannot even imagine what all you can do with these forks until you get them! Thank You, Steve for all you do and I look forward to working with you throughout the years to come!
Exceptional service! They stayed in contact with me through the entire process with warranty the service I had done on my machine. While the machine was being serviced they helped set me up with a rental. They were quick to get the service completed and get my machine back as soon as they possibly could. Hats off to Doug the service manager at Ewald Kubota in Marble Falls, TX. Thank you guys for going above and beyond!
Doug Kilburn was extremely welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. My machine had 42 hrs on it and, by fluke, it had some issues with the rear idler. I bought my SVL 75-2 skid steer at another dealership located 2.5 hrs away and I was afraid that Ewald Kubota wouldn't want to get involved with the repairs since I didn't buy it from them. When I called Ewald Kubota, Doug in the service department answered my call and I mentioned to him that I didn't buy it from them. He assured me that that they would take care of me regardless of where I bought it. I brought the machine in the next day and they took it in immediately for diagnostic. Within 3 days I received notification from Doug that the machine was fixed and ready for pickup. When I came back in to pick it up, he gave me some great tips and pointers about my new machine and went over regular maintenance suggestions with me. As a first time new Kubota owner, I was very green and intimidated when it came to maintenance and repairs. Now thanks to Doug, I know that I will be in great hands at Ewald Kubota and I will be doing all future repairs, maintenance, and new purchases with them moving forward. Called to set up my the first Winter Service on my Kubota L3901 tractor. Doug was quick to set up an appointment and I had to even get him to delay the appointment by a couple of days because he was ready before I was. Sent Logan out and he did an excellent job of not only servicing the tractor but also showing me where I needed to grease all the various spots in between annual servicing. He also replaced the mowing deck blades (those rocks really eat those blades up). That was no easy task but Logan got it done. Thanks to everyone at Ewald Kubota!
Steve Rogers was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were interested in a new BX23S TLB and contacted him by email. We were able to complete the application and submit all paperwork online and within a couple of days the tractor was ready to pick up. Took under an hour to go over the function and features of the tractor, finish signing and be on our way. He even gave us his personal cell number in case we ever had any questions.
