(December 17, 2018, 8:14 am)The nicest people you will ever meet! We have a very big boat that we were trying to find storage for her during the winter. 1st Choice went above and beyond to help us! From the owner to the secretary they were awesome! They even put a fresh pot of coffee on for us when we came in to sign papers. From large spacious lots to several options and specials to choose from you can't go wrong! I highly recommend this company!

(October 24, 2017, 11:14 am)The unit was in good shape and, when there was a problem with an adjacent unit that affected our unit, it was taken care of with no hassle. The rate has gone up in small increments every year and, after Harvey, the rate increased by $15 with no notice. The staff did what they could to help with damaged belongings due to flooding. Hurricane Harvey was the only time the unit flooded in the many years that we've used a storage unit here.
