7030 Tri City Beach Rd, Baytown, TX 77523Bad place. Looks good. But they constantly inconvenience residents. They won't do anything about speeders with kids running around. Tap water gets interrupted constantly (even though they supposedly worked on lines to keep this from happening)
They built a pier but haven't fixed it.
Goes up on lot rent yearly and for high prices.
The people they hire to do the contractor work suck, they are constantly in the way for busses and residents.

(February 26, 2018, 6:51 pm)My in-laws live here and it's a wonderful place, the ocean view is nice. However the water is very shallow. The drive there is right past trash mountain that smells badly from time to time. Otherwise a fantastic place.
