“Love being able to reserve movies/games online and then going to pick them up. Can't beat the price either! If you sign up and give them your mobile number Redbox will send you some pretty good deals. You can also reserve a movie that is a new release to Redbox. Of all the years we have used Redbox, we've only had one movie that wouldn't play. I contacted them by phone and problem was immediately resolved. They refunded my money and gave me three free movie rentals. The representative that I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful! I would recommend downloading the app...very helpful!”

There is a lot of waisted space near the front of the store thanks to the checkout line and returns line. And the out of place jewelry counter. So from that point on everything is crammed towards the back. Ross shopping carts are not big and it is near impossible to have two customers walk down a single aisle.”
