She takes the time to get them comfortable before giving them an exam, shots etc. . We have 1 dog in particular that hates going to vet that she hyperventilates. The owner Chris was very thorough and answered all my questions and really put my anxiety to ease. The tech who came to the house was professional, and very reassuring and above all else thorough with his services he didn’t leave one “stone unturned” I had been going crazy for almost 2 weeks straight trying to eradicate anything that moved and had very little success, guardtech pest management was able to this in one day and back their services with a 90 day warranty.
