  I always enjoy visiting Layne's in Allen. The staff is always friendly and the food is served with speed and a smile. Today Blake let me know they have a new "Jalapeno Ranch" sauce. My family and I love the original, but the new spicy sauce is a nice compliment to the tasty tenders!

  As soon as I step foot in the door, I receive a warm greeting from the friendly staff waiting to take my order. The staff are very patient and give me the time to decide on what I want to eat as I like to switch it up every now and again. Most other places make me feel rushed. On my recent visit, I had the honor of being helped by a really nice girl in-training. She was very nice and made sure that my order was exactly what I wanted before it was placed. The manager was also great as he offered me to try out a new jalapeño ranch sauce that they were planning to introduce, which was incredible. Both the nice girl in training and the manager check on me multiple times throughout my visit to make sure everything was well. It’s customer service like that, that will keep me coming back. I certainly look forward to my next visit!

  This lanes location is awesome. Got to try the new jalapeno ranch. It was awesome. The manager Blake is a really cool guy. Food is always fresh! Do yourself a favor and stop by!

  This was another great experience coming in the door. I Was greeted by a friendly cashier that proves to be passionate about his job. The food came out perfect and in a timely manner. Was checked on by 3 different employees throughout our time here. The Manager on duty (Jason) even came over to check on us as well. I felt like I was special in this place and will definitely come back again knowing I will get the same treatment. Thank you so much to all the staff here and keep up the great work!

  Been passing Laynes for about a year now and decided to stop in and check them out. I was the only one in the restaurant, so I felt like I could take my time and check out the menu. I was warmly greeted by the woman behind the counter and given some great guidance. She told me that everything is customizable, so if you don't want toast you can get extra fries or vice versa.
  
  I told her that my mom and I would be splitting a meal, so at first she recommended getting two three piece boxes as we could each get our own drink. But, I asked how much it would be for a five piece and to add three extra tenders. The latter turned out to be less expensive, so I went with that. While I waited for my food, as they make it to order, I checked out their teas. Their tea was amazing. I did a 75% unsweetened to 25% sweetend mix and it was just right.
  
  Tried the chicken tenders and fries and they were food. Definitely a good value for the price. I liked the variery of sauces (their house made sauce is the best one) and that I had the option to swap things out. Also, because it was my first time there the lady gave me all of the sauces to try..
  
  However, the fries were a little softer than I would liked and it does very much remind me of RC--nothing really wowed me about the food. But, the tea and customer service was great!
