  I've been using this pharmacy for years. While some things are out of their control, eg: how busy they are, problems getting insurance approval, etc, I know they work hard to get it fixed, and are always very polite about it. They are fast at getting uncommon medications in stock too, usually less than 48 hours. The pharmacists on duty will always explain possible medication interactions with me and are great at giving vaccines (no sore arm the next day). If I've had a worrying side effect, I can always call them and they take their time to ease my mind and have helpful tips to treat myself at home. The techs and other staff are great too, they remember me and my mom and address us by our names. This level of service is rare these days, they treat you like a person.
