Visit to a dentist is always a daunting task. My impending visit for a regular clean-up and exploring the option of Invisalign (alternative to braces) was giving me the jitters. However, Allen Heights Dental and Dr. Dipali Nigudkar totally assuaged my fears and calmed my frayed nerves. All my queries were answered patiently. The gracious Doctor and her staff went out of their way to put me at ease and constantly checked on my comfort level at regular intervals. I was taken through the details of the Invisalign treatment and once I had made up my mind about going through with it, I was familiarised with the 'Dos and Don'ts'. The approach was absolutely professional and yet not lacking the personal touch. I also observed very high levels of hygiene and cleanliness maintained in the clinic. The Game Room (for the children) and the Christmas decorations added to the ambience, making the clinic more 'visually friendly' for the patients. Though I would always wish lesser visits to a dentist, if I have to, Allen Heights Dental and the serene, ever-smiling Dr. Dipali would definitely be my preferred choice!!!
