On time and on point. Mr. Burgess didn't only tune my piano, but he also showed me the history of the maker of my piano, which was neat! He is quite passionate in what he does and has a lot of tools to tune pretty much anything. My piano was flat by 20% and he fixed everything in less than 2 hours, double checking every key for best harmony. I would not hesitate to recommend his service to anyone.

I have scheduled a piano service with Burgess Piano Service. Although my service appointment is not for another few days, I am completely satisfied with the company's ability to respond quickly to customer requests. Based on the price estimates I've received, it sounds like Burgess Piano Service is extremely reasonable in terms of their service fees. I am absolutely confident that I will be writing another review in the upcoming days praising the company for their outstanding work. To be completely fair, I will include what I paid, length of overall service, and my (best) explanation of the work included. Very excited to have a Class-A technician. In my research, this family-owned company really is the best out there.

*** Following Up: Burgess Piano Service has just finished servicing the piano. Bob Burgess found minor issues with the pedal and dampers and adjusted them very quickly. Next, he did a thorough piano tuning (better than I ever have in the past). My total cost was $135. Excellent piano tuner! Great quality service and reasonably priced. Mr. Bob Burgess not only tuned our piano, he also fixed a stuck pedal and replaced a key. He taught us a bit about our piano that we didn't know. He came highly recommended by our friend who is a piano teacher.
