We have been going to NTOA for close to 10 years and are on daughter number 4, with one more to go. We love the staff and Dr Schechter. My kids have loved the atmosphere, never felt scared or nervous and love collecting ortho bucks for prizes. All of my kid's teeth look amazing and I've been very happy with the pricing and payment plans. We are very pleased with the overall experience and so are my kids.

Dr. Copenhaver has seen all three of my kids for braces. Would I be bringing all my kids here if we didn't love our first experience? The last one just got hers off! I love how he is a perfectionist when it comes to my kids teeth. He wants every detail perfect. When we as parents spend this much time and money on our kids smiles it is great to find someone who is so interested in making it perfect. The staff is friendly and welcoming to us every time. Cannot recommend enough!

Dr Schechter & his amazing staff provides his patients with a distinctive blend of skill and experience, combined with an emphasis on making every patient feel like part of the family. Great patient care, extremely well priced, long tenured staff that really know what they are doing. Awesome!!

My children and I all love this place. The customer service is great, the front desk staff Paula, Judi, Autumn...are excellent, they always go the extra mile to make sure we have the perfect appointment time and dates. We did our consultation with Lisa, who explained everything very well from the cost of the service to the length of time expected to complete the final look that each of us wanted. We are patients of Dr. Schecter, he's great with kids, very patient always on time. Your appointment time is your appointment time no long waiting or overbooking. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We love Dr. Schechter and his staff! As I am writing this review our sixth child is having her braces put on! All six of our children have had their teeth successfully straighten at NTOA! Their skilled staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Schechter is very patient, caring, and experienced!
