    Went here for the first time to grab some Ice Cream for my son and I.

    Pros: The environment was peaceful and clean. We were seen promptly by an associate who was very helpful. The ice cream itself was delicious and they did have waffle cones in stock (seems to be a common complaint).

    Cons: Unfortunately they were out of some flavors that I wanted (the ice creams in question looked a little messed up and melty). Also, what I can only assume was the manager/shift leader came out from the back in the middle of our interaction and verbally assualted our associate for something she said he had done. Very unprofessional, but our guy walked it off and stayed respectful and courteous to me and my son.

    its not bad. nice sale section! the store is clean and smells good. its also not dusty, and the employees are nice.

    When you go during the week the store is well organized and well kept. The people working there are sometimes helpful if you get the right person. Otherwise it gets a little fristrating. The good thing is every manager I've ever gotten assistance from has been very helpful and friendly.
