“Great gym with top of the line machines, awesome open area with turf, has a pool sauna and steam room, and the crowd is respectful and cares about keeping the gym in good shape. I never have a problem with crowds so my workouts are always great. Coach Daniel was great about explaining the services offered and is just a nice guy all around. The rest of the staff is pleasant as well. The music is a little loud like some other reviews said but if you have headphones on it’s not a problem. And if you forget them the music isn’t terrible to listen to either. Good price for a great gym.”

We have stuck together through thick and thin through this horrible year of COVID and I am proud of each and every one of our staff members. No one can imagine how difficult it was for our nurses and CNA's and staff as we endlessly faced the task of protecting our residents. I was surprised at times that some of them did not run away, but the bottom line is this staff CARES about people. Are we perfect? No. But do we try to do our best? Yes!!! “This was my first time getting my hair colored at Madison Reed, and I was extremely impressed. I've been having a tough time going from a dark hair color to a lighter level that matched my natural color. The stylist I got, Maura, was super kind and very knowledgeable. I told her I was trying to match my then-lightened orangish hair to my light brown roots. After trying a toner which didn't take, she took extra time [even when the business was packed due to the Plano location AC being out], and redid my hair until it was done right. She matched it perfect, and I am so happy with it. No stylist has been able to match my hair color so well. I will most certainly be a regular to get any color services I need done from now on. These ladies know color! :D”

“Making the decision to place your loved one in a facility might just be one of the hardest decision you will ever have to make. I had a wish list of the kind of place I was hoping for – I knew I would have to compromise . . . or so I thought. While looking online, at what seemed like hundreds of facilities in numerous states, I saw the ad for Grand Brook in Allen, Texas and called. From first contact I knew this was the place. My brother moved into the Grand Brook Allen facility in January and we have never looked back. The facility is relatively small, with a small number of residents. The care is very personal and the staff loving. There are always activities going on and every resident, no matter their abilities, is included. My brother is now part of this larger family and he is thriving. I could not be more pleased with the love they have shown, the care they have given, and the peace they have brought to the whole process. I am so overjoyed with the decision to choose Grand Brook – it is absolutely the best you can do for your loved one.”

“My son has been practicing Taekwondo here for almost a year now. Master Lee and the rest of her team of instructors are so awesome! They help nurture the life lessons of what we’ve been teaching our kids at home. Manners, self respect, respect for others, self control, self confidence, etc. I took Taekwondo when I was a kid too. Master Lee and her instructors are so great with all of the students. And when the pandemic hit, they went above and beyond to keep everyone feeling safe. And continue to accommodate so many students with offering lessons over Zoom or smaller in-person classes. As soon as I have a chance, I plan on signing myself up for the adult classes to pick up where I left off so many years ago.”
