From the moment I walked in, the two ladies at the front Kat & Crystal were very pleasant and polite so they made me feel comfortable right away. When I was called back, the Assistant Denise was very welcoming and also put me at ease with her happy and knowledgeable personality. She asked some questions and explained a few things very thoroughly which also made me feel more comfortable. After X-Rays, Dr. Engelsberg came in, introduced himself and proceeded to explain all that was damaged. He was very kind, had a great personality and was very informative about the impending things that needed to be done. The whole staff that I dealt with was very kind and caring. I didn't just feel like a patient but a friend. When I was done and the cost was being discussed by Denise, I didn't just feel like a human cash register. They offered all the options explaining which were cheaper, temporary, permanent and more logical. I thank them very much for their kindness and would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Weise is very calm and collected and always makes sure he answers all of my questions and that I’m not leaving the office unsure about my visit. Very thorough and explains things in layman’s terms. He delivered my brother and I and is about to deliver my 2nd child. Very experienced and that is the most important thing!
