It was a misunderstanding on more than one occasion from my side and the front office side. I really appreciate the office manager taking time to resolve the issue. I also appreciate the efforts of all the people in the office for working in these testing times (Covid 19) Dr. Sunil is a very nice person. I have never waited long and I felt cared for and I have never been rushed. I have seen 3 different doctors, but received the same positive care. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility is always neat and clean...even the restrooms. I love that they have positive Bible verses on the walls and calming art work. I went the first time because they accept Medicare. I will continue to use them for Urgent care because of my exceptional experience. I am glad they are close to my home!”
