“Even though I showed up right as they closed, they made an exception and made my pizza without any attitude. Both ladies up getting were very nice and offered topping suggestions, drinks and dessert. The pizza was cooked precisely as I like it, well done and almost burnt. Despite getting 10b different toppings, the crust wasn't soggy in the middle. I got the asking of basil I wanted too, which is rare. Perfect pizza after a long day with excellent customer service. You just can't beat this place. And you can't buy or train good attitudes, which means they have a great atmosphere here and good management. The store and restrooms were very clean. So was the prep area. Having managed a Jimmy John's and a Freebirds, I'm impressed with this location. Especially because no one gave me attitude for coming in before close. I thought they were open until 11, and they didn't bat an eye.”

I love the Turkey cranberry with pepper Jack cheese, I love "the Blue," and most recently tried the Chelsie so $1 went to St. Jude. All of my boys (husband included) get The Dougie. Tip: sweet potato fries with Jalapeno mayo dip. Yum! One of the best draft beer selections in town. 2020 Update: Clean, following protocols, safe, GO HERE because they're awesome and I want them to stick around! “1st visit to this one of 3 locations in Collin county for weekend lunch. Masks are optional for customer although the staff is wearing them. I posted a number of interior photos to give you a lay of the land. Meal portions are more than enough for lunch so plenty of leftovers. Very attentive waiter and food served hot and promptly. “I am a native Illinoisan of 23 years and I must say, Chicago's Original definitely scratches the itch!!! My fiance and I split a thin crust sausage pizza, a pizza puff, and an Italian beef sandwich. She loved her puff, it's the exact same ones we got growing up. The cheese and sausage on the pizza were top notch, and tasted just like home. The beef was amazing too. I had to drive 15 minutes home before I could eat it, but the bread was of such a quality it didn't get mushy or anything (despite the fact that the sandwich was dipped). 10/10 on the food. There was a very professional young man running the front counter when I picked up my food, too. He read back everything to me, and was very methodical. It is much appreciated. I can't wait to go back!”

“The tacos were okay, the fries are pretty good, but the ice cream was amazing! I tried the blizzard and the dipped cone, and the dipped cone was perfect. It was amazingly placed with all the swirls, the chocolate mixed so well with it. The blizzard, they didn't lie... the ice cream literally doesn't fall out! It was good with m&ms, they were chopped up and the chocolate melted which made the ice cream in the blizzard taste like chocolate ice cream. Overall it was good, I will probably come back!”

“We love to eat at Pei Wei. It’s inexpensive, high-quality and fast. As a matter of fact that’s my only complaint. Too fast when ordering an appetizer to eat before the meal. None of the staff can seem to figure out how to delay the main meal instead of serving the appetizer and mains at the same time. We now follow their suggestion and order the edamame and drinks. When it is served then I go back and order the mains. It’s the only way to enjoy the meal properly apparently. Most of the time the counter staff is mostly young high school kids so I understand.”
