The decor is rather typical newer suburban strip mall style which is adequate for sure. The only drawback was a very cold and impersonal male counter/waiter staff who was colder than a computer. Especially the spicy tuna tower with crab meat (don't remember the right name but I've a picture) I can't wait for quarantine to be over to go get that again!!! “I have been to 1st Class Urgent Care 3 times now. Every time I have been treated very well. From the front desk to the doctor and everyone in between, my experiences were top of the line. I have never waited long and I felt cared for and I have never been rushed. I have seen 3 different doctors, but received the same positive care. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility is always neat and clean...even the restrooms. I love that they have positive Bible verses on the walls and calming art work. I went the first time because they accept Medicare. I will continue to use them for Urgent care because of my exceptional experience. I am glad they are close to my home!”
