“Great gym! First did the trial for here, and I enjoyed it a lot, so I signed up. The gym is always clean, rarely busy. Even when it's busy, it's not packed or overly crowded to where all the equipment is taken up. Best of all, no Gym Bros! Enough machines available to hit every muscle group, 2 Squat Racks, 1 Smith machine and good selection of dumbbells. The trainer Nathan is great, very knowledgeable in nutrition, corrective exercises and techniques for lifting properly. My only wish is for them to add some fixed barbell's for additional use.”

“Awesome stand alone ER. I’ve been here twice now and they get you in super quick and they have everything you would need (lab work, X-ray, CT ultrasound, etc). The staff is very friendly and efficient, from the front desk, to the nurses to the doctor. This past time I had a bad stomach bug and felt very dehydrated. They got me in and out with fluids and anything I needed. The first time I went in I thought I broke me thumb, they did a quick X-ray and got me everything I needed. It’s very convenient and much better than going to a hospital or even an urgent care.”

“Dr. Douglas M. Wright is amazing. Strengthen Your Family Chiropractic is an amazing facility. They have high tech equipment and tools. Dr. Wright is highly trained and skilled, he was able to get me to relax and he listened to my medical issues. He is trained and skilled with healing soft tissue areas such as your arm. I had a bruised elbow and he worked on my elbow and I found immediate relief. I had really tight trap muscles and and he was able to get the muscles to relax. Even around my 8-4 work schedule I have been able to ask questions, make appointments, and even receive partial test results. Then, of course, in person Dr. Deepti has been incredibly helpful in what is a very difficult time in my life. She has taken the time to explain what is going on with my condition, the many different approaches to managing it and even oddball health questions that I just don't have anyone else to ask.
