  I live at the Fountains Apts.
  
  I blessed up on this community in a mad rush relocating.
  
  100% blessing!! The staff is all VERY friendly and really enjoyable personalities. I've found them to be very responsive to any maintenance issue and reasonable in repair times. The rent is fair and the location solid. Its a VERY kid & dog friendly community.
  
  The complex was purchased under new management just a couple months ago and since then have by making repairs EVERYWHERE (replaced all windows, pools, roof etc.) like they're possessed with greatness in details (definitely a virtue!!).
  
  I cannot speak on the other complexes surrounding this one however I can 100% say Fountains is FANTASTIC and the employees are now people I call friends.
