  My experience with this complex so far has been amazing. Even the inconveniences encountered along the way as a new apartment resident were all handled swiftly and promptly by the leasing office and maintenance team. There was a concern with the state of my new apartment and within a second of reporting the issue and asking for action, the team at the leasing office, notably Summer, jumped to work right away. This review is 5 stars largely because of Summer. She has been with us every step of the way and is highly knowledgeable of all aspects of this complex. She is incredibly kind, of good humor, and never fails to keep up a happy demeanor despite how tiring it can be when 10 different people are asking you to do/for something at the same time. Summer deserves a raise. Finding a management office and maintenance workers that do their job so well is truly rare. That’s why Parkway Place is a place I am glad to call home for now.

  Great management and team. The apartments are beautiful, quiet and a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops. I would recommend this community to anyone.

  Easy, fast and friendly. Staff is willing to help you no matter what even if they don't have the answer themselves. Paperwork was easy to fill out with their easy to use website layout. Although we were missing a few things as soon as we turned in what was necessary we received a confirmation immediately that the information was received.

  Application and move in process was extremely easy. Staff was completely helpful. I love everything so far. The only con would be parking. Open parking is hard to find after 6 pm and paid reserved parking isn’t the most convenient. These things cannot be changed at this point due to architectural design of the buildings but it wouldn’t stop me from making this my new home.

  Lived her 4 about 2 months now and absolutely love it! Lauren the PM is awesome, prompt and professional always with me every time I have a question or a concern. Maintenance has been good as well — Alex thank U ever so much with closing my W/O quickly. Hannah was nice when I visited the property looking 2 lease. Jose has been good with concerns and ground issues that I have had so I rate 5 stars and thank U all 4 a smooth 2-3 months thus far ????
