Great place! Super fast oil change. I called ahead and they quoted me 20 minutes in and out and it was EXACTLY that. I was so pleased. Can't recommend them enough. Professional, swift, and great quality. No gimmicks, nickle n' diming, or wasting of our precious time.

So I went and got my Oil Changed @ Kwik Kar in Hot Springs, AR before My husband & I began our trip to AZ. On the way there was easy. We’re now on our way back. We stopped in Dallas, TX to site see and do some things. Our oil light started blinking and the engine light came on. I started getting worried. Cause that shouldn’t be happening with a new car and a new oil change. Well I stopped by Car Garage/ CITY LUBE in Dallas. They checked the oil in front of me. That oil stick didn’t have NO oil on it, when they wiped it, it was dirty, they said that it wasn’t flushed, wasn’t cleaned properly, the oil filter wasn’t changed, and it wasn’t getting much circulation at all. If you go there ask for Terry Gordon. He was awesome at telling me everything that was going on ! I didn’t get the 2 guys names that worked on the car. But the car is running a lot smoother now. They did the full 100 yard oil change and it was quick. Thank you guys for making sure we was safe for our trip and actually doing your job properly & throughly!

They did my oil change (full synthetic) and changed my light. They were really fast (20 minutes) and the price was reasonable. No complaints.

I scheduled an oil and filter change for the first time with City Lube after North Central Ford, a dealership I have always used, would not honor a long-standing agreement. Not only was I able to get my car scheduled and serviced on the same day, but City Lube also caught a few maintenance items North Central Ford was going to complete. Needless to say, I will not be going back to North Central Ford. North Central Ford has shown to be unethical and untrustworthy when it comes to fulfilling their agreements. City Garage/City Lube will now be my first-choice for all future service needs!
