Bryan was a phenomenal trainer! He listened to my needs and helped me reach my goals! In our time together he help me push past my doubts and become a stronger person both mentally and physically. I would and have recommended him to anybody who is looking for a trainer! If you are ready I’m 100% sure he can help you!
Hiring Bryan as my personal trainer was the best decision I’ve made for myself in a long time. While I thought I wanted a bully of trainer who would whip me into ship, I quickly realized that Bryan’s straightforward and science-based training style was exactly what I needed. Bryan has taught me my way around the gym, a series of workouts I can recreate and evolve on my own, as well as insight into more intentional nutrition. I cannot recommend Bryan – no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

He truly listens to you & creates a workout just for you based on what you are looking for, unlike some trainers who hit copy & paste all day. He also is great about switching up workouts & making them fun. I don’t look at going to the gym as a task rather as a way to improve my physics & mental health!
I trained with Bryan for over a year and highly recommend him as one of the best trainers in the Dallas area. I lost 15-20 lbs under his direction, and gained confidence with myself in return. Not only does he have extensive knowledge and experience, but he makes working FUN! I consider him like a big brother, as we talked through struggles and triumphs in between workouts. He’s an amazing family man and an overall genuine and heartfelt guy. If you want a trainer that not only knows how to meet your goals, but also is a great friend, then RUN, don’t walk to Bryan at Physiofit :)
