Parkway Dental (Custom Dental)

Went to see Dr. Park today and they have the best team ever! Everything from the front desk receptionist to the assistant in the back was smooth and professional. I was scared about getting dental implants done but Dr. Park explained everything so well and spent a lot of time with me to make me feel comfortable. I will be taking all my family here! Thank you guys!

I have been coming here for 10+ years and have always loved my experience. Dr Rad and his team have worked diligently and professionally to help me get dental implants in due to them being congenitaly missing. My case was complicated due to low bone volume but Dr Rad did an excellent job making it as painless and as comfortable as possible and choosing the best implants for me. I am very happy with outcome! He shows genuine care about his patients and I always felt confident in their skills. The care here at Custom Dental has been amazing, even when Dr K was there, I have always had a great experience. No matter the doctor, the service is outstanding. The staff is always very kind and welcoming and I will continue to come here!

Dr Rad and his team went above and beyond to help my daughter feel as comfortable and calm as possible during her teeth extraction. She is an adult with autism and epilepsy who has had terrible problems with her teeth for years. She has been treated terribly by dentists in the past. She had great anxiety when she went for her visit with Dr Rad and he was so incredibly kind and gentle with her. This is the first time that she has not cried or shaken all the way home! Our whole family will now be patients!

I’ve been coming to Custom Dental for years and Dr. Rad is great, but the whole team is wonderful as well. I love Bien my hygienist! Also, the front office staff go above and beyond and I have a story. At the beginning of the pandemic, my 1 year old fell and knocked her tooth almost out. Everywhere was closed (March 2020) and I left messages at several pediatric dentists and no one was calling me back. I called Custom Dental and they picked up. I begged the woman at the desk to let me bring my daughter in. They said it would be best for her to see a pediatric dentist and when I told her I couldn’t find anyone open, she said she would call me back. She called me back just 10 minutes later and told me the name of a pediatric dentist that could see me right then. We drove there immediately and they were able to see us and saved my daughter’s tooth! I’ll always be thankful for their kindness and assistance when I needed it most!

Dr Rad and his entire team are amazing! I feel like family from the minute I walk in the door until the minute I leave - and in between too with phone calls, emails and newsletters! They truly know their patients and are genuinely interested in their lives - not just their teeth and gums! I have never enjoyed going to the dentist - EVER - but now I easily manage the trips. The atmosphere is calm and familiar and makes me feel completely at ease with each thing I've had done.
