This is a nice gym to work out at. It does not get very crowded there and the staff are professional.

Started going to this gym about 6 months ago, I absolutely love it here.
It's a very clean, you will not find a cleaner gym in the area. You will always see staff cleaning, as well as the owners working and doing their part ! There are always clean towels and personal hygiene items stocked in the bathrooms, vacuumed floors, and no trash laying around on the gym floor.
As far as trainers go, the crew is amazing and extremely knowledgeable! They have a wide variety of skills, it amazes me to listen and watch the years of knowledge at work. The experience range is vast, from athletic conditioning, functional training, rehabilitation, sport training, just to mention a few.
They even had a yoga nidra class, it was great!
I recommend any of the trainers. I use Bob King his resume speaks for itself 3x Super Bowl Champion

One of the BEST parts of "PHYSIOFIT" they will also never hassle you to sign up under them.

Excellent gym! well-equipped and always extremely clean! courteous and nice people! I really appreciate the towel service!

The staff and members are super friendly, it’s a very welcoming environment. The only drawback is that they don’t have any Bella Barbells (at least that I’ve seen). I lift competitively from time to time and I want to be able to practice with barbells similar to what I’d be using in competition. Plus the skinnier bars are easier for me to grip and maintain form on things like cleans and snatches.

The perfect local lifting gym. Everything you need, not too busy and has loyal members. Great set up and super open. They even put effort in the little things in the bathrooms. Great owner who helped me find a gym similar to this gym in my new area when I had to move. HIGHLY recommend.
