I saw Dr A for my yearly physical, She was very thorough and put me at ease. It was the first visit for me during the Pandemic and I have to say the office was organized in a safe and secure way. Dr. Kopel did a video follow-up and as always I felt very confident. The gentleman at the desk went out of his way to followup on a question I had , knowing that I was concerned about an outcome. Truly a great experience, as always!!

I've been seeing Dr. Alaidroos for over 15 years, since before she started her own practice. She's taken care of me for multiple medical concerns and surgeries, and I was so disappointed when my last insurance didn't use her for 2 years. I was SO EXCITED when DallasISD went back to Blue Cross Blue Shield this year and I was able to use her again! All the SAME people work there, it's a family. I don't feel comfortable going to anyone else! She's a blessing and her staff is amazing!

Dr. Hania and Dr. Koppel provide great patient care at their family clinic. Every time I visit with them, they spent enough time to ask me pertinent queations about my health and my life. They do through physical exam and discuss necessary diagnostic labs and procedures. I can always ask question without feeling judged because of their friendly aproach. They both have caring, compassionate, exam room attitudes. They will take time to listen to my concerns with courtesy and provide me with treatment options.
I appreciate the followup calls after labratory and imaging results come to their office.
I have been patient at their clinics for over 10 years I am never displeased.
There is a bit lengthy waiting during visit. I think given the time they take dealing with your health, it is all worth it.
