  Clean . Everyone was friendly. It is only a year old but hopefully it stays nice. Even the shampoo and conditioner was amazing. Only complaint hilton honor parking near our window. I had to get front desk both nights to ask the people sitting in they car to turn down their window vibrating music at midnight.

  I highly recommend Tru by Hilton in Sharonville, OH. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The ambiance and decor is beautiful from the lobby, to the outside sitting area and hotel room. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean and filled with all of the necessities you need during your stay. There are various activities to do at the hotel, an indoor swimming pool, fitness center and pool table. During this pandemic the staff members are taking the appropriate steps to ensure the cleanliness of the hotel is well-kept. Also, that the guests are safe and protected from any health risks. Sara and her team have phenomenal customer service. They genuinely care about their guests and make them their number 1 priority. Thank you again for your kindness and help with accommodating my family and I during our stay.

  Room Wes small but nice needs to at least have microwave's in the room. I needed if bring equipment to work from the room and the Ethernet port doesn't work. Had a sewerage flood and had to get a room for a couple days....not everyone uses laptops people make sure EVERYONE can Connect

  I traded in my 2018 Ford Edge for a 2020 Ford Explorer and Sam Hall was my salesman and he listened to my needs and wants and didn't try to over sale me something else. Finance on the other hand was not such a great experience but then I met with Michelle Larson and she stepped in and took care of us just as Sam Hall had and she was able to resolve our finance issues and finally get me signed..I have been a Ford owner since I was 18, and this was my first experience with 5 Star Ford and I had in the past been to other dealerships but I will definitely be doing my business from now on with 5 Star Ford and will also do business again with Sam Hall at 5 Star Ford as my salesman. Please go ask for Sam Hall at 5 Star Ford if you are looking to trade or purchase a vehicle.

  Sam Hall is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable about the product. Attentive to our wants, desires, and needs. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we are taken care of. I highly recommend FSF and Sam Hall for ALL of your vehicle needs!

  I had a great experience here. Samuel Hall delivered more than I could ask for and took the time to listen, and help me get the best price. You couldn’t ask for a better guy when shopping for a car or a dealership. Would highly recommend you visit.

  Bought a brand new explorer in 2017- just brought back to service center because the sync isn’t working (known issue for Ford ) currently 38,000 miles. Service department said doesn’t matter that it is close to the warranty expiring... - it would be a $900 part. Really? This is the type of service you can expect from this dealership- buyer beware! We are on our way to trade in and buy a Toyota!
  
  Left message for Mr. Beis..... I will be first to change my review if 5 star does anything to stand by their product that they sold us.
  Update: the service department manager has responded to an email and is going to call me next week.
  
  Received a call today from dealership and they were apologetic and have worked on a solution together with us that we feel is fair. I am pleased to see that they are trying to work with us. We are to know more later this week. I will edit my review if all things go according to their promise
  
  FINAL UPDATE-- Within a few days of writing this review, I was contacted by management at Five Star, my issues were heard, we came to an acceptable agreement for both parties and I have changed by review to reflect my experience in its entirety. I am pleased with how the dealership handled our issue and would recommend their service department !! We appreciate the quick response from Ford Management and will continue our relationship with this dealership.

  Rosario is the best service provider I have ever had, and I have dealt with many. She’s very sweet and helpful. She helped me get a rental car very fast. Took care of calling my warranty company and getting everything sorted out. She stayed in touch with me every time the mechanic had a question or if I had a question. Best believe I’m not taking taking my car anywhere else, but this Ford location. The process and everything was smooth.
