You always treat the customer as family and only recommend repairs/replacements of parts (like tires) that are actually needed. AND always let me know when I need to come back for further service if needed. I can always trust your service department to be honest about what my vehicle needs (and know you aren't referring me to fluff I don't.) I HIGHLY recommend your service department and your dealership. My next vehicle WILL come from you!

Great service every time! Unfortunately this iteration was related to my transmission needing to be replaced and the team did a great job of taking my call and getting folks to address it quickly. Fortunately, I had previously taken the truck to a mechanic who had said the lower control arms needed to be replaced, and Robbie's team verified there was no need to change them out.. saved me roughly $1,000.

My transmission went out on vacation in Twin Falls Idaho. The Chevrolet dealer there did not have a new one nor could they find a dealer who did. It was on back order from GM. I called Bob Tedford Chevrolet in Farmersville, TX, my home dealer. Robbie Tedford said he had the transmission I needed. He offered to drive and meet me half way to Twin Falls, ID. I did not want to put him out and instead had him ship it to Twin Falls Chevrolet by two day FedEx. Twin Falls put it in and I was good to go. This was unbelievable service. I can not say enough good things about Robbie Tedford and Bob Tedford Chevrolet. I will never buy a vehicle from anyone other than Bob Tedford Chevrolet and will always us them for service.

Amazing customer service. Made sure I was informed of any issues and understood before leaving. Clean work area and waiting space. Best place I’ve been to in awhile.
