Benjamin taught me things my father should have taught me but never did. I enjoyed the session I had with him and was highly recommend by several therapist to help me in the area I needed help.
As to speak to the negative review....was this a setup or was this someone trying to create drama where there is none.
Benjamin was probably late because he saw patients after their time was up trying to help them. The reviewer also sounds like Benjamin was right about her issues she just couldn't handle the way he wanted to work with trauma. She seems to like therapist that don't address trauma as it is and realize that you give those power when you show yourself week. She couldn't handle the truth and obviously can't because she had to write a bad review. I Hope this lady get the help she needs. And not with a therapist that enables her victim mentality.
