  Dr. Chen and the entire team at Little Big Smiles are very professional, kind and always treat our family with patience and great service. We have the four of us visiting on a regular schedule - both parents and both kids - ages 7 and 9 - and we have been their for years now. I would truly recommend the office.

  Dr. Chen is truly amazing. I have always suffered from high anxiety especially with the dentist . I totally thought I would be over it but it has not gone away. Anyways, Dr. Chen is extremely informative and answered all your questions. He doesn’t rush and actually conversates with you . I never had a good experience with a dentist but Dr. Chen is hands down the best I have ever known. I love being a patient there. I don’t remember the other two employees names but they were very nice. Tammie is also very amazing she’s the receptionist, I believe, and she is always so kind and professional ! She was able to squeeze me in when I called and I got very lucky. I will continue to be a patient of his as long as he is a dentist and I will bring my future children there too. Thanks Dr. Chen , Tammie and staff!

  I just switched from other clinic Master Hand in Allen to Dr. Andrew Chen. Dr. Chen is not only very professional, the staffs are very kind, also the service fee is very reasonable. For exactly the treatment of teeth deep cleaning, the cost here is about 1/4 of the other clinic. I love it and am ready to move all my families to here right away for all dental issues.

  Absolutley love Dr. Chen and his assistants! They are all so great with my three girls and there is never a long wait. Definitely a good fit for our family!

  Can I give this place 10 Stars?? I absolutely LOVE Little Big Smiles!! I adore the entire staff and of course the doctor, but every time I have an appointment I really look forward to coming in! This place is so incredible in every way! I will always, always recommend this practice to everyone I know. The best Dentist there is!! So grateful I found them!
