  I had an incredible experience with Dr. Thai, an exceptional optometrist. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and personalized care was amazing. The clinic's welcoming atmosphere from the receptionist was an added positive experience. The comprehensive examination exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Thai for top-quality eye care!

  Visiting Dr. Thai for couple of years and would strongly recommend her , she is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff and very friendly !

  Vary satisfied with the overall service provided. The receptionist is personable and a very sweet young lady. Dr. Thai was very professional as well as personable. Dr. Thai took time to explain very clearly what her examination indicated. Being very satisfied with the overall service provided at this office I will highly recommend visiting Dr. Thai for you Eyecare needs.

  To be honest, I was hesitant to try Look Vision Care only because it was inside a Walmart but decided to try it because of the reviews and because they accepted our insurance.
  
  I called and the lady on the phone was super friendly and said I can walk in but it’s better if I made an appointment. So I asked if there’s a same day appointment and she said yes. There’s was an 11am or 3pm so I took the 11am one which was 45mins from when I called.
  
  Went to the appointment. Note, there’s an entrance from outside so you don’t have to walk through Walmart. Got there, the receptionist took all my info and the Dr. saw us. Dr. Thai told us what we were already expecting. She explained everything to us. Made both my boys feel very comfortable. She was super friend and professional.
  
  Overall it was an awesome experience and I quickly recommended her to my sister in law. Will be coming back ms referring her to friends and families.

  Dr Thai and her staff are so wonderfully pleasant! She accepts mostly all insurances and her team is very knowledgeable. The wait time is fairly normal about 30 min or so. She took care of my son with the most professionalism and care. I will definitely be back for myself and the rest of my family. So happy I found Dr. Thai! :)
