Complete Health Frisco

I’ve had multiple people highly recommend this store. Both fitness enthusiasts and even several of my moms’ friends.

I stopped in and let’s just say…they were right! The store selection is great, pricing is on point, and customer service is 5 star. They even have an in-body machine! Not to mention, great location!

The young man working greeted me as soon as I walked in with a friendly smile. He asked me a few questions about my goals and what I was looking to achieve. He then gave me recommendations for pre-workout, bcaa’s and a multi-vitamin. He wasn’t pushy and gave great insight. His knowledge was spot on.

I took the pre-workout later that evening and it was exactly what I was looking for! Same for the other two products I bought.

I’m definitely coming back to pickup some creatine and whey protein. This place is the real deal!

Great selection of supplements and CBD products. Staff is very knowledgeable and helped me decide on a pre workout but also explained ingredients and benefits in full detail. Highly recommended

Don't bother with any other supplement shop. The big difference between this place and all the others I have been to is that the staff knows their stuff. All the recommendations have been spot on, and the quality of each product is top notch.

What brought me in the first time was the In-Body machine. This is a great, simple way to get some data on where you are at and track your performance over time. It is free to use and takes only a couple minutes. After the initial test, I spoke with Jordan for way too long about tons of questions on my mind, and he provided clear answers and more detail than I would have guessed.

I am happy to say that my latest In-Body showed I had gained muscle and dropped 1% body fat. Roger then helped me out with my nutrition in general and showed me some interesting supplements. Not pushy or sales-y in the least, just a good dude offering up quality info.

Final note. They are actually not Complete Nutrition anymore. This is worth pointing out because if you go to the the Complete Nutrition website, they will not offer the same supplements. This store (Complete Health DFW) used to be affiliated but are actually independent at this time. Good to know for someone like me who is moving out of state and will like to continue ordering from them. Find the actual website in their google listing.

This place is awesome! It’s nice to go to a place where they know what they are talking about! The owner is a true athlete and know just what’s best for you! If you haven’t stopped by it is now a must!!
