“I brought my father to the Emergency Department on Sunday morning. The registration process went smooth and he was taken back in less than 5 minutes. My father's healthcare team was exceptionally caring. They listen to his concerns about his condition and ensured him that he'll be taken care of, and not treated like a number. My father was released today, and I can honestly say that this was the best hospital experience we've ever had. Although I was very worried about him, my mind was at ease because I knew he was in good hands. I hope he never needs to return to the hospital. However, if he has to, I will gladly make the 44-mile round trip just so we can experience the great care that Texas Health Frisco has to offer. (...and to believe, that my first impression of Texas Health Frisco was actually through a nice gentleman I met at my job!)”

“My daughter had to have an amniocentesis and by googling stumbled upon this high risk center. Their office was absolutely stunning. They really try to put their patients as ease. We we're greeted by the most excellent, friendly staff. The nurses and Dr. Violetta L. were very considerate and informative. The outcome wasn't all good news, but better then we thought. Because the test results were going to fall on New Year's Eve 2020, we thought that we wouldn't get a call till the next week, but fortunately my daughter received a call from the nurse on New Year's Eve with better news. (We thought it was going to be a very long weekend). We're very thankful for the staff and Dr and highly recommend them!!”
