The Edison at Frisco

I had such a great experience with Natalie at The Edison. She was incredibly professional and made my touring experience so enjoyable. The property itself is stunning and has such a peaceful vibe. Although they didn't have the specific unit I was looking for, the customer service & overall vibe of the property left a lasting positive impression on me.

We spent close to 2 years at The Edison and absolutely loved it. Every apartment complex is going to have their pros and cons, but all the pros outweighs the few cons. The apartments themselves are beautiful, the maintenance team is absolutely top notch, and the price for the location and what you get is fair. It's a quiet complex and if we were staying in state, we would continue to call it home. We will miss The Edison!

I was in the process of selling my home of many years so, I was unclear of the process of how to rent an apartment. Natalie @ The Edison at Frisco greeted me a warm smile, which put me at ease. She introduced herself and provided a brief History about the property before asking for my ID.

The tour was great and she was very knowledgeable about each unit and pricing. Natalie, reduce the anxiety I was filling as the result of such a huge transition. Even though she was obtaining all of the necessary information to proceed forward, I felt as if we were having a conversation like old friends.

I visited several other high-end apartment complexes in the area. What sets The Edison apart is that you are made to feel like family not a tenant. In addition, the entire front office are highly motivated to assist you and Natalie will help you choose the correct apartment that you can ultimately call home.

One of the best customer services we have encountered in the industry. The fitness room has everything you might need and this was the only apartment we visited that offered garages and storage rooms for a reasonable price. The staff gave us an amazing tour and the property was well kept and clean.
