Cassandra Kozachenko went above and beyond to help me with my claim! After going round and round with the other drivers insurance (her fault) and getting nowhere I ended up filing a claim myself. Because of Cassandra I’ll finally be getting a rental car! She was so helpful and compassionate with my situation!!! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you!

I talked with Stacie Tivis today about my home and auto insurance policy.

She was so helpful in looking my at home claims in detail, verifying if the claims should even be on my record, and asking additional questions to help lower the policy amount, that I wanted to leave a note of praise for her extra efforts.

In addition to giving me valuable info about claims on my record, she was also able to give me a quote for insurance that is lower than my current policy. If you are looking for someone that is helpful, I can definitely recommend her! I'm looking at the policy now, but I'm pretty sure I'll switch.

I've been an All-State insurance customer for quite awhile. I left briefly for a year and regretted almost immediately. I love and appreciate that the staff here go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. This is especially true if Sandra Ibarra.
