Great staff. Great location. Very quick in and out. Easy pay plan. I really liked these guys. Had both knees done at this visit. Weird to say, but I'd go again if I needed to (hope I don't necessarily). Just saying LOL

Great experience with an amazing technologist that I saw. She answered my questions and was able to share helpful information with me; she made me feel very comfortable. I am so thankful for how my time went at North Star-Frisco.

North Star Representative reach me and all the billing issues were discussed and fixed. They working to improve their billing department procedures.
The facility and procedures were done in professional manner.
My doctor always sends me there (Frisco TX )so I will give them another try.

I'm experiencing the Billing department disaster. The billing department cannot be accountable for anything. I overpaid and the North Star owns me 415$. I called them 12 times including two conference calls with the insurance company. Every single time I call I received a different supervisor, even though you have the previous names, you cannot talk with them. They only escalate, they gave you another ticket number on the top other you have, they are telling you that all is good to go and you should revive your many back in 5 businesses back. And half a year later, after 12 calls the refund money is not on my account and they ask you to wait and call again because they want to escalate again. There is no accountability, there is nothing to believe, there are just pointless calls going nowhere because you cannot even talk with the person who is actually accountable to his/her work. I'm still waiting for my money. So don't go there if they ask for the whole amount because if you overpay then you will have to go through this whale process of calling and waiting and hoping that maybe somebody someday gives you your money back.
