(November 11, 2021, 6:39 am)I had been looking for that perfect “off the shoulder” maxi dress for weeks, but had no luck until I heard about Melanie Ann’s Boutique. After seeing a few dresses online that I liked, I went to the Frisco boutique, but the dresses were not at that store location.
Melanie Ann told me that she would have someone from the Duncanville boutique bring the dresses to Frisco and would have them there by the time I got off work, as I was leaving the next morning traveling to the Dominican Republic.
I ended up buying two of the most beautiful “off the shoulder” maxi dresses!
When I think of PERFECT customer service, Melanie Ann’s Boutique is at the top of the list!
Thank you Melanie Ann for going above and beyond for little old me! 😊 -

It's very organized and white glove cleaned. The customer service is EXCELLENT. I IMMEDIATELY felt like she cared about my style and didn't try to change it. I highly recommend you stop in.
