OsteoStrong

OsteoStrong is awesome! I joined four months ago and feel stronger. Michelle, Kelly and Layla are great to work with, they coach/encourage me while watching that my form is correct on each machine.
So glad my Doctor recommended OsteoStrong to me.

The staff is awesome. They are super helpful, caring and knowledgeable. I have been coming to OsteoStrong for almost a year now so I’ll be able to get my next scan the end of the month. Can’t wait. I know it will show good results. There is no doubt that I feel stronger, I have less joint pain and my balance has definitely improved. I love to hike and I was getting concerned about falling. My confidence level is up so I’m back hiking, that’s how confident I am that my bones are much better. I was getting very frustrated with the only choice I had were drugs. So glad I found OsteoStrong!!!!!

I went into OsteoStrong to reverse my osteoporosis. Krishna explained to me about how jumping makes bones stronger and the machines in his place have the same result. I’ve only been there four times but I find each time I go I’m getting stronger. There are other tools there that help different parts of your mind and body, helping balance and posture and reducing chronic pain. I’m very happy that I chose to do this.

I was skeptical at first, however, I do not want to do the traditional medicine that doctors push for Osteoporosis because of side effects. I decided to invest in my health a healthier way for 6 months. Within 6 weeks of starting I had a bone density test and much to my surprise and my doctor’s for the first time in years I had a slight positive increase. I immediately extended for another 6 months. On another note, the staff could not be more helpful or supportive. It feels line family!

me confidence that I’m using the equipment
correctly. I also like using the hydro massage.
