I recently took one of the bikes to a repair shop (not Sun & Ski) and the guy told me there was no point repairing such a cheap bike. Sun & Ski Sports was quite the opposite. They were incredibly polite. They fixed the bike. And they never tried to talk me into replacing it with a bike from their store.
